Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialise in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. We proudly offer worldwide shipping!  Please note that we require 1 to 3 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it.  Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible!  Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 4 to 8 business days ( Not including weekends and any public holidays) in The UK but it depends on the courier and on the country.  Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days.

Q. Is FREE shipping for real FREE?

A. Yes, we do FREE shipping in certain countries or sometimes in special occasions will be WORLDWIDE for a Limited time

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in GBP. While the content of the cart is displayed in several currencies, you will checkout using GBP at the most current exchange rate. But you can change the currency displayed so you will know how much exactly the items cost in your currency.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.
