CAN I STILL PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes!  We’re currently still able to accept orders and ship internationally but due to nature of the current situation we are aware of some delays.  

ARE YOU GUYS SHIPPING AS NORMAL?

 Our carriers are informing us of some delays they are facing on a daily basis;  delays are currently happening.

We’ll be sure to communicate any significant delays with you using the email address that you enter at checkout.

 

HOW LONG DO I NEED TO WAIT  FOR MY PARCEL TO ARRIVE?

At the present moment we have longer processing time due to shortage of our warehouses team and for all the safety procedure taken in place, so right not the processing time of all orders can be up to 5 days before the parcel leaves the warehouse and then the shipping company will take care of shipping it but even within the shipping company are some delays that can raise the overall time up to 25 working days.

I MADE AN ORDER BUT STILL DID NOT RECEIVE ANY UPDATES

All the updates are from the shipping company so it is out of our control on update this one but, we are in constant communication to make sure that there is no problem even with some delays so we will update you.
